Here is a new used AlphaSmart I picked up ... since they are dinosaures, and I love writing on them, I keep my eye out and snatch any I find under $25. Hell of a deal!
Not going to get much done today, I suspect. Stressful with H preparing for an art show. I try to keep out of the way and avoid upsetting her, which is very easy to do.
WC comes on later ... and the Mariners have a day game, so I have some escape and avoidance opportunities.
Man, the new project will be very hard. I may not live long enough to get it right, if I can at all. But I dig the concept and so will keep plugging along. Sure won't bore me ha ha. That seems to be the issue writing these days, so much bores me because I've already done it. Although my work comes from whole cloth, I can't do the same thing over and over. Common themes, always a different form and strategy.
I don't understand why the AlphaSmart, which is what I'm working on now, isn't more popular with writers. Writers who don't need bells and whistles, and opportunities to escape writing, would love it. It's my favorite writing tool.
