A 23 hour experience

I've read Moby Dick several times. I've studied it in several classes. I know the novel.

Now I'm engaging it as an audio book ... first impressions, this may be the most enlightening "reading" yet. More later.

Commission, Oregon Public Broadcasting, to write teleplay on Sen. Wayne Morse. Never produced. Becomes one-man play, American Gadfly, produced in 2004, then tours.

Publish seminal essay What Is Hypertext? on Internet. Translated into several languages, establishes online reputation.

Electronic Playwright-in-residence, Prisma, Santiago, Chile, resulting in The Last Song of Violeta Parra, a one-act hyperdrama.
