Hillary Clinton is at her best when she's counted out, campaigning her heart out

Why I think Sanders needs to follow Trump's example and break the rules of campaigning. Get creative. Gather your cabinet. Show us the revolution. Show us how it is different and why it is better. Make Clinton's strength irrelevant.

Probably won't happen. Warren could pull this off. Not Sanders. At root his style is boring old school.
