Masochism

History Channel is replaying a Vietnam documentary. Heart-breaking. Infuriating. We learn nothing and return to the same mythology and as time passes, distort history. Brown and others have nailed our repetitive madness. But in an ignorant culture like ours, the bullshit mythology rules.
