Digital wonders

At 10 a.m. I am visiting with Phyl Kerns, my 91 y/o writer friend. Before dinnertime, I have two books of hers at Amazon. Cowboy of the Western World and Eight Poems. My good deed for the day.

Commission, Oregon Public Broadcasting, to write teleplay on Sen. Wayne Morse. Never produced. Becomes one-man play, American Gadfly, produced in 2004, then tours.

Publish seminal essay What Is Hypertext? on Internet. Translated into several languages, establishes online reputation.

Electronic Playwright-in-residence, Prisma, Santiago, Chile, resulting in The Last Song of Violeta Parra, a one-act hyperdrama.
