This is the third period in my life when I frequently baked bread. First was in grad school. Second was when I lived with L. in Pdx and Bend. Both these periods used traditional methods. Now, of course, I'm practicing the new non-kneading method, which is so much easier with excellent results. I am hooked. I love baking bread! And now it takes so little effort.
