Black-eyed peas

Simmering now. Pork necks for broth and meat, cajun sausage, Annaheim pepper, onion, canned tomatos, spices. Low simmer all morning.

Next bread I'm testing an option, 90 min. rise instead of standard 40. See difference. I think I have a wetter dough, too. Maybe bake Sunday.
