The adventure begins

Trying out a new artisan bread method, using a no-kneading wet dough stored in the refrig ... rave reviews ... so I mixed the initial batch, now resting on counter for 2 hrs, then refrig, bake a loaf tomorrow ... half recipe, 2 loaves at a time ... get the basic loaf down, then experiment.

Got great mixing tool, a Danish whisk.
